What Payments do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal - and all major credit cards are accept through that platform.


What is the cost to attend the conference?

The cost to attending the full conference is $500. This price includes a continental breakfast and coffee/snacks for both days of the conference. It also includes continuing education units for select professionals. There will be discounted ticket prices for certain time periods. Be sure to sign up for the interest list to make sure that you get notified when discounted tickets go on sale.


Yes, there are two options for early bird pricing. Bird pricing starts on January 21st, 2019 and ends on March 30th, 2019. Once these tickets open up, they will be available for purchase on the Register Now page.

Is there early bird pricing for the conference?


Yes, there is NBCC approval for licensed mental health professionals (LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW). Applicable mental health professionals are able to obtain at least 14 hours of CE credits. Instructions for obtaining these units will be given to attendees who attend the conference and sign-in at the registration table.

Mercedes Samudio has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6975. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Mercedes Samudio is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

Are there opportunities for obtaining continuing education hours?


Yes, we have a special room rate for conference attendees. Please see the Conference Accommodations page for more information. Hotel reservations must be booked by August 22nd, 2019 and are subject to availability. We suggest booking as early as you can to ensure you can book your room at our conference rate.

Are there special rates for hotel accommodations?


While we’d love for you to attend the full, 2-day conference, there is an option to only attend one day of the conference. Early bird pricing is only available for full conference attendance. See the daily registration option on the Register Now page beginning April1st, 2019.

Can I attend only one day of the conference?


The conference ticket is non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you are unable to make the conference for any reason, you may transfer your conference ticket (and all the benefits the ticket affords) to a person of your choice. Please send an email to us to let us know who you will be transferring the ticket to. More information for transferring the ticket is listed on each conference ticket on the Register Now page.

Do you have a cancellation policy for the conference?


Not this year, but we hope that as the conference gains exposure and expands that we can offer conference scholarships.

Are there scholarships available?


Yes, you can apply to be a volunteer by checking out the Become a Volunteer page. Volunteer applications will be accepted until we fill all slots needed.

Are there sponsor/vendor/exhibitor opportunities?


Yes, there is. The Call for Speakers application was from November 2018-December 2018. Each year we will open the Speaker application in October and the applications will be due in December. Speakers will be notified and announced in January. Please see the Become a Speaker page for more information.

Is there going to be a call for speakers?


Will there be special pricing for students, associates, and interns?

Yes, the special pricing for students, interns, and associates will begin in April 2019. These tickets will be available on the Register Now page once they are available. You can also Become a Volunteer to get a special rate for being a volunteer.
